Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect Jira solutions across multiple teams, defining workflow models, permission schemes, and configuration standards.
• Design and implement integrations between Jira and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and reliable synchronization.
• Establish configuration management practices for Jira projects, templates, and reusable components to support long-term maintainability.
• Define Jira governance aligned to Agile delivery practices, including issue types, boards, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Lead end-to-end solution planning for Atlassian Suite adoption, upgrades, and platform evolution to meet enterprise needs.

Skills Required:

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in Jira/Atlassian architecture and enterprise project delivery enablement
• Jira (Jira Software / Jira Service Management) architecture and administration
• Atlassian Suite solution design and governance
• System architecture and integration design for enterprise workflows
• Configuration management for Jira projects and reusable configuration patterns
