Description

You will design and optimize enterprise-scale Jira solutions and system architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic recommendations on system design, workflows, and automation capabilities.
• Implement and manage integrations between Jira and tools including Google Office, Slack, and Polarion.
• Create technical documentation for new configurations, implementation strategies, and data migration plans.
• Test and demonstrate solutions in development environments before production deployment.
• Partner with central administration teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Jira administration and architecture.
• Expertise in Jira configuration, workflows, and automation.
• Experience implementing complex Jira solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in API development and Jira integrations.
• Strong background in technical documentation and solution design.
• Proven ability to perform impact analysis on reporting and existing workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Atlassian certifications.
• Knowledge of automotive or aerospace industry processes.
• Experience with change management, business analysis, or program management.
