Description

You will manage the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the Atlassian suite across on-premises and Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Atlassian applications to meet specific team and project requirements.
• Manage user permissions, groups, and access controls to maintain data security and compliance.
• Monitor performance in Cloud environments and implement system resource optimizations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while providing technical support to end-users.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in administering Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Experience managing both Atlassian Cloud and on-premises deployments.
• Strong understanding of version control systems and agile methodologies.
• Ability to use Python or Bash for automation tasks.
• Experience with user permission management and access control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
