Description

You will configure and automate complex workflows in Jira while managing Confluence structures and Jira Service Management operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and automate complex Jira workflows to streamline operational processes.
• Manage Confluence environments with a focus on template creation and governance.
• Administer Jira Service Management to support internal operational needs.
• Maintain Jira configuration and administration standards.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience configuring and automating Jira workflows.
• 2-4 years of experience using Confluence for template management.
• Active certification in Jira Service Management, Jira Automation for Administrators, or similar admin roles.
• Proficiency in Jira Automation and Jira Service Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
