Description

You will administer and configure Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud environments for diverse Agile teams across technology, product, and business functions. You will own the technical implementation of enterprise Agile tooling, ensuring configurations align with SAFe frameworks and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Jira Cloud (Software and Service Management) and Confluence Cloud for multiple lines of business.
• Design and maintain custom workflows, screens, schemes, fields, filters, and dashboards for portfolio and team-level tracking.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions via Atlassian Access and SSO integrations with identity platforms.
• Implement automation rules and integrations with tools such as Slack, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation and training materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator in a large enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in Jira Cloud administration, including user management, permission schemes, and global settings.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
• Expert-level JQL, workflow automation, and project configuration skills.
• Experience managing large-scale user bases (5,000+ users).
• Ability to work in governed or regulated environments, such as financial services or banking.

Preferred Skills

• Atlassian certifications (ACP-120 or ACP-620).
• Experience with Script Runner, Automation for Jira, and Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of integrating Jira Cloud with data analytics tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
