Description

Administer and configure Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud environments for multiple lines of business, ensuring alignment with enterprise Agile standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain custom workflows, screens, schemes, fields, filters, and dashboards for portfolio and team-level tracking.
• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to implement structures aligned with SAFe and enterprise Agile standards.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions via Atlassian Access and SSO integrations with identity platforms.
• Implement automation rules and integrations with Slack, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and Confluence Cloud while participating in cloud upgrades and change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator in a large enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in JQL, REST APIs, and scripting (Python, Groovy, or JavaScript).
• Experience with Atlassian Access, SSO, and identity platform integrations.
• Strong understanding of SAFe and enterprise Agile standards.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, GitHub, PowerBI, and Tableau integrations.
• Familiarity with WebSSO and Atlassian Cloud architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerBI and Tableau for reporting and analytics.
• Background in large-scale enterprise Agile transformations.
