Description

You will administer and configure Jira Cloud and Confluence environments for multiple lines of business.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to implement Jira structures aligned with SAFe and enterprise Agile standards.
• Design and maintain custom workflows, screens, schemes, fields, filters, and dashboards for portfolio and team-level tracking.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions via Atlassian Access and SSO integrations.
• Implement and maintain automation rules and integrations with Slack, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
• Provide technical support and Tier 1/2 troubleshooting for Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency in JQL, workflow automation, and project configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud administration, including user management and permission schemes.
• Experience managing large-scale user bases (5,000+ preferred).
• Experience in governed or regulated environments (e.g., financial services, banking, or fintech).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, ServiceNow, PowerBI, Tableau, and Javascript.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with PowerBI and Tableau for reporting.
