Description

You will manage, configure, and customize Jira Cloud environments to support complex workflows and regulatory requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira Cloud projects, including workflows, permission schemes, fields, and issue types.
• Develop secure automation rules using Jira Cloud Automation and ScriptRunner for Cloud.
• Build and manage integrations between Jira Cloud and AWS-hosted systems, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise tools.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations through SDLC traceability, audit logging, and strict access controls.
• Manage user provisioning, instance performance, and cloud migration efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Jira Cloud administration and development.
• Proficiency in ScriptRunner for Cloud, Jira REST APIs, and Jira Automation Rules.
• Hands-on experience integrating Jira Cloud with AWS services including Lambda and S3.
• Experience working within compliance-heavy or regulated environments such as financial services.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery models including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Familiarity with enterprise access control, encryption, audit readiness, and change management.
• Experience with identity providers (SAML/SSO) and federated access via AWS IAM.
• Ability to manage large, multi-project Jira instances and coordinate with global delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• Atlassian Cloud Enterprise tier experience and Cloud-to-Cloud or Server-to-Cloud migrations.
• Working knowledge of Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket Cloud, and Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Atlassian Certifications (ACP-620, ACP-120, or ACP-420).
