Description

Lead infrastructure and Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and IAM projects.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enforce Scrum practices.
• Drive project execution through hands-on leadership.
• Remove blockers and ensure timely delivery of technical milestones.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Proven track record as a Scrum Master.
• Direct experience managing Infrastructure projects.
• Direct experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Jira administration and workflow configuration.
• Experience with Agile tooling and reporting.
