Description

You will design, configure, and maintain Atlassian Jira Cloud environments, focusing on Jira Software and Jira ITSM. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Jira Software and ITSM projects within the Cloud environment.
• Develop and optimize JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions.
• Utilize Jira REST APIs and scripting to implement customizations and integrations.
• Create clear, well-structured technical documentation for diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing Jira Software and ITSM projects, including workflows and automation.
• 5+ years of expert-level proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language).
• 5+ years of experience using Jira REST APIs and scripting for custom integrations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with plugins including ScriptRunner, JMWE, and Email This Issue.
• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript for custom development.
• Working knowledge of Atlassian Access, Active Directory, and access controls.
• Exceptional technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Jira on-premise to cloud migrations, including workflows and data.
