Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Jira workflows, custom applications, and automation mechanisms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Jira workflows, custom issues, templates, forms, and attributes.
• Execute platform upgrades and migrations from Jira self-hosted server to SaaS cloud.
• Build dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure performance against process requirements.
• Research technical issues using vendor support and troubleshooting methods.
• Provide technical training, support, and documentation to IT associates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Proficiency in Groovy, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Python, Java, C++, C#, Ruby, or Go.
• Experience with AWS cloud technology and DevOps best practices.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and extending REST/API services.
• Experience with Jira asset management and building custom workflows.
• Experience with Linux and Microsoft Windows administration.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Windows administration experience.
