You will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications tailored to customer needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Work Management (JWM), and Confluence.
• Build, customize, and support Jira workflows and strategic planning initiatives.
• Configure and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, add-ons, and modules.
• Develop customized Jira dashboards for timely and cost-effective implementation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with the Atlassian suite of tools.
• Deep expertise in Jira administration, customization, automation, and integration with enterprise tools.
• Strong understanding of API usage and proficiency in Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, JSM, JWM, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of JSON and familiarity with Java and Software Development practices.
• Experience with Automation.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience using Java and web-based technologies such as XML and JSON.
