Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom Jira solutions and integrations to support organizational business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Jira plugins using Java and JavaScript to integrate with external systems.
• Design and implement custom workflows, screens, and fields to automate business processes.
• Build and manage Jira integrations and APIs using webhooks and other methods.
• Configure and administer Jira instances, including user management and permission schemes.
• Execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure plugins and workflows are defect-free and secure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java for plugin development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of Jira architecture and configuration.
• Hands-on experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Ability to design and implement automated workflows.
• Experience with user management and permission schemes within Jira.
