Description

You will own the administration and advanced configuration of the Atlasian Cloud suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Design and maintain integrations between Jira, JSM, Confluence, and third-party applications.
• Develop complex automation rules using Jira Automation and scripting to streamline workflows.
• Architect and deliver scalable solutions using Atlasian products based on stakeholder requirements.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and conduct proactive audits of configurations and security controls.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience administering Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
• Proficiency in customizing Jira projects with complex workflows, automation, and schema.
• Expertise in managing Jira assets, custom fields, projects, and permissions.
• Strong knowledge of Jira Service Management, including request types, queues, and SLAs.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Atlasian solutions.
• Familiarity with Atlasian architecture, API, database tables, and application logs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on platform issues.
• Knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile frameworks.
