Description

You will administer and configure the Atlassian Cloud suite, focusing on Jira, JSM, and Confluence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence to ensure high availability.
• Design and maintain integrations between Atlassian products and third-party applications.
• Develop complex automation rules using Jira Automation and scripting to streamline workflows.
• Architect scalable solutions based on stakeholder requirements and manage user permissions.
• Conduct proactive audits of configurations, security controls, and perform root cause analysis on platform issues.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience administering Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
• Proficiency in customizing Jira projects with complex workflows, automation, and schema.
• Expertise in managing Jira assets, custom fields, projects, and permissions.
• Strong knowledge of Jira Service Management, including request types, queues, and SLAs.
• Familiarity with Atlassian architecture, API, database tables, and application logs.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Atlassian solutions.
• Knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Github integration experience.
