Description

You will manage and optimize Jira and Confluence environments across Server, Data Center, and Cloud platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins and scripts using SIL, Groovy, and ScriptRunner.
• Execute Jira and Confluence cloud migration projects, including strategy, data migration, and validation.
• Integrate Jira with external tools using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Troubleshoot configuration and performance issues while maintaining technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Jira development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Server, Data Center, and Cloud environments.
• Proficiency with ScriptRunner, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Jira Expressions, SIL, and Groovy scripting.
• Ability to write SQL queries for Postgres SQL databases.
• Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) administration and migration.
• Proficiency with GitLab and REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bitbucket, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and Agile methodologies.
