Description

You will design, configure, and maintain Jira Software and Jira ITSM projects within the Atlassian Cloud environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Jira Software and ITSM projects in Atlassian Cloud.
• Develop and optimize JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions.
• Build custom integrations and customizations using Jira REST APIs and scripting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Produce clear, well-structured technical documentation for diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Jira administration and development.
• Expertise in Jira Cloud environments and ITSM configuration.
• Advanced proficiency in JQL.
• Hands-on experience with Jira REST APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript for custom development.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Access, Active Directory, and access controls.
• Experience with ScriptRunner, JMWE, Email This Issue, and Extension for Jira Service Desk.
• English language proficiency at CEFR C2 level or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Jira on-premise to cloud migrations, including workflows and data.
