Description

You will administer, customize, and optimize JIRA instances, enabling teams through reporting, automation, and training.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain JIRA instances, including project settings, user groups, workflows, screens, and permission schemes.
• Develop automation scripts using ScriptRunner to streamline workflows and optimize processes.
• Design and implement EasyBI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for delivery and management teams.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, functional walkthroughs, and training for internal and external users.
• Create and maintain user guides, configuration documentation, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian JIRA administration and customization.
• Deep knowledge of JIRA workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation tools.
• Proven experience configuring and customizing EasyBI for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Strong experience with ScriptRunner for workflow automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in time-bound engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Atlassian Forge for extending JIRA capabilities.
