Description

Manage and develop Jira environments to support Agile delivery teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex workflows including conditions, validators, and post functions.
• Configure custom fields, screen schemes, and permission schemes.
• Build dashboards, reports, and advanced JQL queries for data visibility.
• Develop automation rules and script workflow behaviors using ScriptRunner or Automation for Jira.
• Manage the installation and maintenance of Jira plugins and add-ons.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Jira Developer or Jira Administrator.
• Expertise in Jira Software (Cloud or Data Center).
• Hands-on experience with ScriptRunner and/or Automation for Jira.
• Proficiency with Jira REST APIs.
• Advanced knowledge of JQL.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps tool integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams within Jira.
