Description

You will design, build, and configure Jira Cloud applications to optimize business processes and application requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Atlassian tools, owning the design and support of Jira workflow capabilities and strategic planning.
• Configure and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, add-ons, and modules to expand the Atlassian stack.
• Build customized dashboards for Jira to support business reporting.
• Implement Atlassian plugins and manage performance tuning, database optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to break down complex problems into actionable steps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira, JSM, JWM, and Confluence.
• Expertise in Jira Cloud configuration, customization, and automation.
• 3+ years of software development experience using Java and web-based architectures (XML, JSON).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSP, SQL, and Python.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile software development.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience defining strategies and roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira analytics.
