Description

You design, build, and maintain enterprise JIRA and Confluence solutions, focusing on automation, integration, and cloud migration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows, plugins, and dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons.
• Engineer deep integrations between the Atlassian suite and internal/external systems.
• Migrate JIRA instances from Data Center to Cloud environments.
• Define architecture for access, security, metadata management, and AI automation.
• Create logical and physical data models to enhance application performance and reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Atlassian JIRA administration and customization.
• Deep understanding of Rovo and Forge for technical and functional solution design.
• Experience migrating from Data Center to Cloud.
• Proficiency in ScriptRunner and Exalate.
• Working knowledge of SQL and query/reporting tools (Toad, SQL Developer, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL, and BI architectures.
• Strong background in requirements collection, solution architecture, and design.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Portfolio and Project management functions and investment portfolio reporting.
• Experience with OLAP technologies and Master Data Management.
