Description

You will design and manage Jira configurations to optimize agile delivery within a banking technology ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement dynamic dashboards to track project performance.
• Optimize Jira workflows to improve agile team velocity.
• Integrate Jira with external DevOps and documentation tools.
• Support Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Jira Engineering.
• Proficiency with JQL and ScriptRunner.
• Experience configuring Jira Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the banking or finance domain.
