Description

You will administer, configure, and automate Jira environments to support engineering and business workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, and global configurations.
• Implement and maintain automation rules using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, or similar tools.
• Map business processes into technical Jira workflows to improve efficiency.
• Integrate Jira with Confluence and other enterprise systems.
• Document configurations and provide technical support for Jira administration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira administration.
• Deep knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, and permission management.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with Jira automation tools (Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Jira with Confluence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
