Description

You will own the implementation, support, and coordination of the Jira platform to drive global process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Jira implementation for all users across the organization.
• Design and implement scalable process solutions for both management and end users.
• Execute all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
• Translate business and customer requirements into functional technical solutions within Jira.
• Plan and deliver prioritized tasks in alignment with Process Experts and IT stakeholders.

• Expertise in Jira platform administration and implementation.
• Experience in technical analysis and requirement gathering.
• Proven ability in system design and technical solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with software testing and deployment processes.
• Strong ability to manage the full implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to organize, plan, and deliver complex technical projects.
• Degree in any field of study.

• 1 year of tenure in similar implementation roles.
