Description

You will manage and optimize the enterprise project delivery framework using Jira and Confluence for SAP program needs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, permissions, and schemes.
• Architect Confluence spaces, templates, and page structures to streamline documentation and collaboration.
• Manage RICEFW object data within Jira to support accurate tracking, reporting, and dependency management.
• Build advanced Rich Filters and interactive dashboards for portfolio, program, and team-level insights.
• Audit Jira and Confluence data to identify inconsistencies and ensure data quality across tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years administering Jira Software and Confluence in large-scale enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of SAP program or project management experience, ideally in ERP transformation projects.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Rich Filters, advanced dashboards, and custom reporting in Jira.
• Strong knowledge of Jira Roadmaps, release planning, and Agile project tracking.
• Hands-on experience managing RICEFW object tracking in Jira or similar tools.
• Expertise in Jira workflow design, automation rules, and custom field management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and correct bad data and improper Jira configurations.

Preferred Skills

• 12+ years of total working experience in IT project management or administration.
