Description

You will serve as a technical consultant for ITSM platform administration and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer ITSM tools to align with business requirements.
• Execute software development tasks to extend platform functionality.
• Manage integrations between ITSM tools and external services.
• Perform application and system-related technical tasks.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in platform administration and development.
• Direct experience with JIRA or Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Hands-on experience with at least one ITSM tool, such as ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in software development.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience with application configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating tools with Exchange, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.
