Description

You will own the technical leadership for Jira application support, maintenance, and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Perform Jira upgrades, migrations, and change requests across staging and production environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues and manage the influx of support cases.
• Document procedures for handling various case types.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement new Jira functionality.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Jira administration experience.
• Deep understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, and configurations.
• More than 3 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with Linux environments.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Linux server administration, specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Experience with SAML integrations.
