Description

Design, build, and configure Atlassian applications to align with manufacturing and quality management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Atlassian solutions including Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Jira Work Management, and Confluence.
• Customize Jira products to automate processes and improve user experience.
• Integrate Atlassian products with CI/CD pipelines to facilitate information flow between development and operations.
• Perform data migrations while ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Administer and support Jira and its add-ons, including custom workflows, scripts, and automations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry with an understanding of quality management processes.
• Integration expertise with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot Atlassian-related issues and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Groovy for workflow automation.
• Experience with JavaScript, JSP, SQL, and other programming languages.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management and CI tools including Jenkins, SonarQube, and Maven.
