Description

You will manage, optimize, and maintain the Atlassian ecosystem for enterprise-scale operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Jira and Confluence, including platform installs, upgrades, workflows, issue types, and custom fields.
• Implement end-user requests for specific configurations within Jira projects and Confluence spaces.
• Develop in-platform automation using ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting.
• Execute migrations for Jira projects and Confluence sites.
• Manage plugins and integrations between Atlassian tools and external software.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with Jira and Confluence in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with ScriptRunner and Groovy for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence migrations.
• Experience managing integrations and plugins.
• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure and components related to Atlassian tools.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Ability to work within an Agile SAFe framework.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of application security best practices for Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with enterprise DevOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
