Description

You will manage the technical design and administration of Jira and Confluence SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Jira and Confluence SaaS integrations with on-prem, AWS, and SaaS-hosted corporate tools.
• Execute migrations of Jira projects and Confluence spaces from Cloud and Data Center instances.
• Build and maintain Jira Align implementations.
• Develop corporate standards for Jira and Confluence, including processes, workflows, and controls.
• Configure user provisioning, configuration management, and reporting tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Jira and Confluence administration and configuration.
• Deep expertise in Jira/Confluence Cloud and SaaS environments.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence integration design using APIs, webhooks, directories, and spokes.
• Proven track record with Jira migrations.
• Technical proficiency with AWS and SaaS-hosted architectures.
• Ability to design and implement new workflows, projects, and spaces.
• Experience managing integrations between SaaS tools and on-premise systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
