Description

You will manage Jiva system configurations and data analysis remotely, owning the configuration lifecycle and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Jiva systems using the Clickbank tool.
• Execute data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using SQL.
• Develop and execute test plans within healthcare or regulated environments.
• Apply agile methodologies to manage workflows and tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Jiva configuration and customization.
• Proficiency with the Clickbank tool.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience developing and executing test plans.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools including Azure DevOps/TFS, Jira, and Scrum.
• Familiarity with medical terminology including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
• Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
