Role: NICE CXone Contact Center Engineer (Senior Developer)

This is a senior developer role collaborating with cross-functional teams to support and implement contact center solutions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in CxOne Studio, ProactiveXS, and API Development.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as a client-facing professional, managing multiple stakeholders.

Coordinate and execute release planning, development, testing, and implementation of IVR enhancements.

Design and develop Call Flows, Chat integrations, and backend system connections via APIs.

Migrate existing IVR campaigns from AcuCall to NICE CXone.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NICE BU solutions and network optimization.

Implement skills-based routing for voice, chat, email, and SMS contact centers.

Collaborate with the Architecture team for API development and consumption.

Translate business needs into technical requirements.

Create design documents based on business requirements.

Work with SaaS/PaaS/IaaS cloud-based solutions.

Coordinate issue resolution with multiple technical teams.

Oversee support tickets and provide SME guidance for IVR enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

NICE InContact CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, Omni-Channel, WFM, Studio, Interaction Analytics, Auto Attendant) – 5+ years preferred.

NICE CXone Studio – 3+ years preferred.

Proficiency in C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python – 4+ years preferred.

Experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting webservice API calls – 5+ years preferred.

Desired Skills:

Experience in Contact Center Dashboard Creation.

Knowledge of Salesforce and AcuCall Contact Center Solutions.

Basic understanding of intersystem networking and data traffic flow.

Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end Call Center applications (including browser-based integrations with Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics).
