Description

You will translate customer business requirements into ServiceNow CSM features, drive implementation plans, and conduct demos for customers and leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive ServiceNow CSM implementation by translating business requirements into actionable features stories.
• Create 10-15 user stories per week in JIRA and deliver high-quality Agile artifacts.
• Conduct implementation plans and demos with customers and the leadership team.
• Collaborate with large Scrum teams to ensure cost-effective, value-driven solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage shifting priorities across multiple initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow CSM implementation.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• SME level knowledge of JIRA for user story creation and tracking.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or additional 4 years of relevant work experience).
• Experience interacting with large Scrum teams in an Agile environment.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI-related products and basic knowledge of Webservices/REST APIs.
• Cloud/DevOps project experience.
• SAFe or Agile-related certifications.
