Description

You will build and maintain downstream integrations for Policy, Billing, and Claims systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop downstream integrations with a primary focus on Policy and Claims modules.
• Provide application development support for Duck Creek.
• Resolve reported application problems and drive issues to completion.
• Collaborate with external vendors to maintain unified development standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a STEM field (Math, Engineering, Computer Science, CIS, Cyber Security, MIS, Data Science, or Data Engineering).
• Foundational software development skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must have US Work Authorization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical documentation and system artifacts.
• Ability to perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
• Experience analyzing and tuning application performance, supportability, and manageability.
