Responsibilities

• Gather and critically evaluate business and technical requirements, reconciling conflicts to distinguish user requests from true needs.
• Analyze complex business processes to define scope and document detailed business requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Design and document functional specifications, including GUI designs, system data flow diagrams, data mapping, and I/O device requirements.
• Derive and execute functional test cases based on business requirements to track feature status against acceptance criteria.
• Create process support documents for knowledge transfer and application support, prioritizing requirements based on business input.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Business Process Automation using Power Automate.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA and Macros.
• Extensive experience with web scraping to acquire business data from public sites.
• Ability to document complex business processes and handle diverse client requests.
• Strong analytical and data assessment skills to interpret and collate relevant data.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in business automation processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in implementing business processes using C#.
• BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field.
