You will support business operations through data management, process documentation, and cross-functional communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication channels between project teams and business units.
• Manage project communications data, business metrics, and work breakdown structures.
• Track project budgets, expenditures, and transaction controls against established costs.
• Execute daily updates to the Labor Information System (GMLID) and maintain SAP tables and data.
• Resolve warranty claim rejects with the Dealer Business Center (DBC) and address labor time guide issues.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or a relevant field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of business principles regarding strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to analyze business trends and project revenues or expenses.
• Experience or familiarity with GMLID and DBC systems.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
