Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Jira tickets to understand requested changes and draft technical specifications.
• Create draft workbooks for stakeholder review and perform manual corrections to final versions.
• Maintain revision histories for every request manually.
• Identify existing translations for new screens and communicate when translation support is required.
• Analyze related tickets across different boards to complete specifications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of overall professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of databases.
• Experience managing workflows and tasks within Jira.
• Ability to analyze related tickets across different boards to complete specifications.
• Any Graduate degree.
