Description

We are actively looking for a Jr Data Analyst with strong Power BI and Jira experience to support capital markets data analysis and reporting initiatives

Must Have Skills:
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization
• Experience using Jira for project tracking and coordination
• Strong analytical skills with ability to uncover trends and insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
• Financial services or capital markets experience is a big plus

 Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, interpret, and visualize business and capital markets data
• Create dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations
• Track project progress, risks, and milestones using Jira
• Collaborate with business and technical teams
• Identify process improvements using data-driven insights
 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field preferred
