Description

You will manage reporting pipelines and provide data-driven insights to support operational strategy and planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI performance reports.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Maintain and enhance Microsoft Access databases, including VBA components.
• Use XM Discover to supplement reporting with insights on customer behavior and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to define KPIs and support forecasting and strategy development.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or related functions.
• Expertise in Power BI for building dashboards and visual reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, including managing VBA code.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize insights from multiple sources.
• Experience managing stakeholders and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
