Description

You will support data center operations and hardware maintenance in Ashburn, VA.

You will own the installation and management of copper, coax, and fiber cabling while troubleshooting facility and customer-facing technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and manage copper, coax, and fiber cabling.
• Troubleshoot facility and customer-facing technical issues.
• Prioritize workloads based on problem impact and maintain high accuracy during build stages.
• Maintain availability for off-hours and Sunday shifts as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a data center technician.
• Hands-on experience with copper, coax, and fiber cabling.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols.
• Deep understanding of PC hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot networks and communications protocols.
• Bachelor's degree.
