Description

You will design and build data models within a GCP environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define domain relationships and build connected entity models.
• Apply normalization, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing principles.
• Handle structured and semi-structured data ingestion and transformation.
• Ensure data model accuracy meets organizational requirements.
• Produce detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling, data governance, or data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, BigQuery, Dataflow, SQL, and Python.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Wherescape, ERwin, or ER/Studio.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with retail banking or Credit Card data domains.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• GCP Professional Data Engineer or Architect certifications.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and metadata management.
