You will use statistical modeling and data mining to uncover business narratives and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute statistical and Machine Learning models to solve technical challenges.
• Perform data exploration and mining across disparate sources including JSON, XML, and geospatial data.
• Develop business intelligence dashboards, visualizations, and advanced analytics reports for stakeholders.
• Archive all technical application artifacts in version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Collaborate with the Analytics Team to complete quarterly initiative tasks accurately and on time.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or a data-driven professional setting.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with statistical modeling and analytical methodologies.
• Hands-on work with SAS and R.
• Knowledge of data mining tools and big data analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience using data visualization tools to present findings.
• Ability to combine and process diverse data formats.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with geospatial data.
