Description

You will manage book reconciliations, budget tracking, and cross-charge reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile three sets of books in coordination with the Financial Advisor.
• Ensure component leaders open Statements of Work (SOWs) based on budget distribution.
• Enter cross charges into the system and reconcile spreadsheets.
• Prepare budget readouts in PowerPoint.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience managing Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for budget reporting.
• Ability to manage complex spreadsheet reconciliations.
• Any Graduate degree.
