Description

Execute manual and automated testing processes to ensure software quality throughout the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test cases for usability, regression, functional, integration, performance, UAT, and unit testing.
• Execute manual test cases and develop automated test scripts to identify and log defects.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, logging, tracking, triage, and reporting metrics.
• Maintain the Test Traceability Matrix to map test procedures to business requirements.
• Support the test lead in authoring test plans, defining testing goals, and verifying requirement testability.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in functional testing.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with manual test execution and defect management.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with test plan authoring and test case design.
• Knowledge of regression, integration, and performance testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and educate project teams on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
