Description

You will execute manual and automated testing to ensure software quality throughout the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test cases and scenarios for usability, regression, functional, integration, performance, UAT, and unit testing.
• Execute manual test cases and develop automated test scripts to identify and manage defects.
• Maintain the Test Traceability Matrix to map test procedures to business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the defect triage process, including logging, tracking, assigning, and reporting on resolution progress.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, lead daily defect meetings, and educate teams on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing environments.
• Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with test design and test-script development.
• Ability to write scripts for automated testing.
• Competency in writing and executing SQL queries.
• Experience working alongside Project Managers to manage requirements and change requests.
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements for testability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating UAT sessions.
• Background in change control processes and fix estimates.
