Description

You will code, test, and deliver quality deliverables while learning new technologies in the Strategic Client Reporting team.

Responsibilities

• Develop stable, scalable technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Provide hands-on code development and testing aligned with project needs.
• Ensure system architecture and integration design meet platform strategies.
• Collaborate with Squad/Team and IT partners to deliver projects in an Agile Model.
• Acquire understanding of financial products, services, and processes to find optimal solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise server-side applications using Java/J2EE.
• Extensive experience with the Spring framework.
• Strong experience with Relational Databases (RDDBMS) and excellent SQL skills (joins, subqueries, indexing, performance tuning).
• Good working knowledge of Linux / Unix Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and build tools (Maven / Gradle).
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and Jira.
• Understanding of JVM fundamentals (memory, GC basics, performance tuning).
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake or cloud data warehouse experience.
• Exposure to containerization like Docker or Kubernetes.
