Description

You will develop, test, and deliver enterprise server-side applications and reporting solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop stable, scalable technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Write and test code for enterprise applications using Java and the Spring framework.
• Design system architecture and integration patterns that meet platform strategies.
• Collaborate with squads and IT partners to deliver projects in an Agile model.
• Acquire knowledge of financial products and processes to optimize solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years building enterprise server-side applications with Java/J2EE.
• Extensive experience with the Spring framework.
• Strong Relational Database (RDBMS) skills, including SQL joins, subqueries, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and build tools (Maven or Gradle).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
• Understanding of JVM fundamentals, including memory management, GC basics, and performance tuning.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake or cloud data warehouse experience.
• Exposure to containerization like Docker or Kubernetes.
