Description

You will own the rapid prototyping and MVP development lifecycle, leveraging AI-assisted tools to build experimental web tools and backend services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate web applications, APIs, and backend services using AI-powered coding assistants.
• Engineer prompts and manage token usage to optimize AI-augmented system design patterns.
• Debug, test, and refine AI-generated code for reliability and usability.
• Rapidly prototype new features based on team and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship projects quickly.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of prior experience in software development, web projects, or related roles.
• Basic coding knowledge in Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as Angular, React, Flask, or Express.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code) in real projects.
• Comfortable engineering prompts to guide AI coding output.
• Experience with REST APIs and NoSQL database integrations.
• Ability to debug, test, and iterate on code independently.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or Django.
• Previous hackathon, bootcamp, or indie project experience.
• Experience with automation, low-code/no-code tools, or creative coding.
