Description

Build and support backend applications using Java in an Agile setting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java/J2EE.
• Design and implement RESTful microservices.
• Manage application deployment within CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize Git for version control across development tasks.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.
• Experience with Spring and Spring Boot for microservices.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, ECS, API Gateway).
• Basic experience with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, or Gradle.
• Experience with JUnit and logging/monitoring tools.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Kafka.
