Job Summary

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team onsite in Buffalo, NY. In this role, you will work on building and maintaining scalable web applications, handling both backend service development and frontend user interfaces for key financial/banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust backend RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular).

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, UI/UX designers, and database administrators in an Agile development environment.

Participate in code reviews, bug fixes, unit testing, and troubleshooting production issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on software development experience (1–2 years minimum required).

Backend: Strong foundation in core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Spring Boot, and RESTful web services.

Frontend: Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Database: Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).

Tools & Practices: Familiarity with Git version control, Maven/Gradle build tools, and basic Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services (FinTech) domain.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
